Not a totally smooth transaction. The first package didn't ship out in 48 hours - USPS said it was lost. I messaged after the shipping did not update and they sent another. The original did show up, but broken. I messaged again about it being broken and was told another would be mad. We did get a replacement that came in perfect and then surprise another one showed up. Somehow we ended up with 3 signs (1 broken, 2 perfect). Two different people did answer my messages so I am sure that's just miscommunication on their end. Can't complain too much when you get extra product, but I would suggest maybe a bit more organization, a little too complicated for me to ever purchase again.

I ordered the Brooklyn font for the name Jhett and it is beautiful. Thank you 48 hour monogram for having such a short turn around and answer all of my questions. They were even so kind as to send me Jhett's name in different fonts so that I could see the product prior to purchasing. The final product is a little smaller than I'd hope but I think it's because of the spelling and length of the name. Either way, âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸for me!
