When we started this business, we saw that anyone who provides a customized product would make their customers wait weeks or months to get their order. We thought that in today's world, this was totally unacceptable! Since the beginning, we have been committed to getting our custom decor to our customers as quickly as possible, which is why we hold ourselves to the 48 Hour Guarantee on all of our unpainted items. We even put this commitment in our name!

Our guarantee is that we will ship out your unpainted order in 48 hours or it's free. it is as simple as that. If you choose to have our team of professional painters finish and paint your item or if the item is a printed piece, it will require an additional 3 days to ship. This is to allow us to properly prime and paint your item and allow it to dry prior to shipping. That way, your piece will arrive at your home looking beautiful and ready to hang.

In the event we are not able to get you your unpainted product shipped out in 48 hours, we will still ship you the product, but we will refund you the price of the item(s) purchased! (Refund does not apply to shipping charges.)
